A simple farm commitment
By interacting with Fluffy Farm and purchasing our eggs, you are agreeing to the following terms. We aim to keep our guidelines clear and friendly to support both our small family farm and our poultry-loving community. Please note that these policies apply exclusively to our farm-fresh and fertile hatching eggs.
Shipping & Payments
We ship fertile hatching eggs to all 50 US states. Every order is packed with expert care to protect them during transit. Payment can be arranged through PayPal or Venmo after we confirm availability. Shipping is included in the price.
Breakage & Hatching Disclaimer
If your eggs arrive damaged or you receive an incorrect order, email pzmom7@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include photos. Refunds or credits may be offered for fresh eggs. Replacement fertile hatching eggs may be offered after careful review of each case and are not guaranteed. Regarding hatching success: while we verify high fertility on our farm, we cannot guarantee hatch rates. The diverse conditions of transit and individual home incubation setups vary too much for us to ensure a specific outcome. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting Fluffy Farm!

Refund & Hatch Policy
If eggs arrive broken, please email us a photo within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement. Please note that while our farm fertility is high, we cannot guarantee hatch rates due to travel stress and home incubation variables.
